10% shipping
and handling fee should be added to all orders.

Oversized
items have an additional $9.00 Oversize fee.
Method
of Shipment
Orders are
usually shipped within 24 hours. We ship by Parcel Post or Purolator Courier. Please
allow sufficient time for delivery of your order, usually 3 – 7 working
days.
Damaged
Shipments
The carrier
is responsible for delivery of merchandise in good condition. Inspect
each package upon delivery and point out any damage to the delivery person.
If any damage occurs you must make a claim with the carrier in order for
Peninsula Restoration Parts to replace merchandise damaged in shipping.
Back Orders
If we are
temporarily out of stock on any item, these items are usually shipped within
7 – 21
days. Please indicate if you wish to back order if necessary or if
you would prefer a refund. If not specified, items will automatically
be back ordered.

Availability of any parts indicated is subject to change with out notice.
All parts are priced per item unless indicated otherwise.
Guarantee
Peninsula
Restoration Parts guarantees all new items against defects in material
and workmanship for a period of 30- days. If for any reason you are
not satisfied with your purchase, return the item within 10 days (BEFORE
INSTALLATION) for a full refund, credit or exchange.

Returns must
be returned freight prepaid.

If the problem
is our error or a faulty part we will reimburse the freight charges.
Returns sent freight collect will not be accepted by our office.

Liability of
Peninsula Restoration Parts is limited to the replacement of defective
parts only. We shall not be liable for personal or mechanical damage caused
by the use or misuse of any products.

Absolutely
no refunds after 30 days.

Refunds are
subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Your invoice
must accompany your return.

Parts installed,
altered, painted, cut or modified in any way, will not be accepted for
return under any circumstances.

Literature,
decals, stripe kits, electrical wiring and used parts are non returnable
due to the nature of the material.
